It was a pleasure to meet you and your father today when you stopped into The Art Gallery of Fells Point in Baltimore on Thames Street.
I am a more traditional painter and lean towards simple subjects. Capturing light is something I strive for, that quick observation , a moment in time. Contrast is so important or the image is flat to me. Oh, I don’t always hit my mark, but when I do I know it and it makes me so happy.
I have a feeling you know what I’m speaking of.
I like your painting ” Gift “, the painting has a very comforting quality to it. I feel like you enjoyed painting it and it is special to you also. How large is it.? Is it for sale?
